SAS primitive clarifications

There's a few inconsistencies in the text (through sas-r00d) about the
classification of some of the primitives.  Let me know if anyone
disagrees with these statements:

1. BREAK is a redundant (send-6 receive-3) type [not a triple (send-3
receive-3) type]
2. AIP is a single (send-1 receive-1) type [not a triple (send-3
receive-3) type]
3. After sending BREAK (6 times), six idle dwords are needed [not 3]
