T10 members,

I am deeply saddened by the events this morning. The T10 plenary meeting and
the various working group meetings will be held as planned. We have quite a
few people here already who cannot go home any easier than those who would
like to come here. As a reminder, the T10 plenary meeting is scheduled to
start an hour later than usual at 10:00 am on Thursday.

I encourage those T10 members who are unable to attend to submit written
votes by email to me (no later than 8 am on Thursday morning, since there are
no phone lines available in the meeting rooms).

I especially need written votes on the following ISO/IEC 2/3rds motions. To
submit written votes, reply to this email deleting all but one of the YES,
NO, or ABS for each motion. If you vote NO or ABS on any of these motions,
please give a brief reason.

You may also submit a written vote on any other topic that you think will be
addressed (see 01-239r2.pdf for the T10 agenda).

If you need to reach me, please call my cell phone at 1-719-338-1642.

Regards,
John
