I would second such a motion.  SCSI never has become a key
interface for printers beyond the SCSI-2 and SSC level.  
It seems that making it obsolete, using the standards
definition for the word obsolete, is exactly appropriate.

I will be making a motion to obsolete the SCSI Printer model in the SSC-2
document at the upcoming January T10 plenary in Orlando. Keep in mind the
SCSI Printer Model already exists in the published SSC document for those
who would still like
to implement.
