Referring to table G.1, Expander function header.

I believe the SCSI INITIATOR ADDRESS field should be a 4 bit field
(byte7[3:0]), not an 8-bit field (as is currently described).

The same is true of the Control Data Structure described in table G.7.
The TARGET_ADRS should be byte1[3:0].

Same in in table G.12, G.14
