Thanks to John, the following update to the "Asymmetrical SCSI Behavior"
proposal has been posted on the website for discussion at the next CAP
meeting:

    ftp://ftp.t10.org/t10/document.00/00-232r2.pdf

This update addresses a number of comments received after the previous
revision was presented by Bob Snively at the CAP working group on
July 12, 00. All additions and deletions are clearly shown. Perhaps
the most significant changes include formalization of a "transition"
state, clarification of the behavior in the presence of various
reservations, corrections to the commands supported at each of
the relevant states, and a revisit of the usage of "must, should,
and may".
