Good Morning,

I'm not proposing the T10 committee "assign" density codes or supplant
the
REPORT DENSITY SUPPORT command. I am proposing we do a better job
maintaining
the list currently contained in SSC. Provided the data is correct, the
table
does contain good information for tape enthusiasts. There were letter
ballot
comments againest it and it was updated during SSC development. If this
is not
the desire of the T10 committee the table should be removed in SSC-2.
