Actually, I asked (or intended to ask) that the SET
CAPACITY opcode be changed from 1Fh to 0Bh.  This keeps
the CDB at 6 bytes and having the same format as
originally proposed, while still reserving the 1Fh
opcode for some TBD extension of the 6-byte CDB
world.
