4.2 does not include an outcome.

In 4.4 <<delete the those statements>> --> "delete the statements".

Concerning 4.7 <<Gene Milligan raised questions about the interactions of
packetized and expanders.>> Well not really. I urged that negotiations that
are impacted by the presence of expanders should be handled by initiators
since they have configuration information and configuration hooks with end
users that are not available to targets. I also pointed out that the
originally suggested remedy was in conflict with the requirements of
10.3.1.1.2 Information unit transfers enabled. I think the remedy was to
require that the initiator back out of the compromised negotiation using
the PPR and re-establish a negotiation with the venerable WDTR/SDTR
negotiation.

<<5.1 Load Compensation [Novak]

In the absence of Vit Novak, action on this topic was deferred to the
November
meeting.>>

I think it was just deferred and could, if appropriate, be discussed
at the October meeting.

Concerning 5.3 I don't know that the minutes need to be changed but << He
mentioned that the top activities on the list are handling cable
assemblies and considering balance.>> generated a response from me that I
thought the top priority should be directed at backplanes.

Regarding 5.10 <<regarding had to adjust its margins.>> --> "regarding how
to adjust its margins."
