Does anyone know why the differential 'P' cable pinout definition doesn't
simply mirror the single-ended cable pinouts?

Why were DB0*-DB0* shifted to place a ground between them and DBP1* on the
differential cable definition? The same question applies for the other end
of the connector between IO* and DB8*.

I assume it's for signal integrity purposes, but if anyone knows for
certain, please enlighten me.

Thanks,

Dave
