Thanks to the watchful eye of the ANSI editor the following error has been
corrected:

In the process of applying George's pet small caps convention and/or in the
conversion from text as is to small caps to lowercase with small caps "The read
inhibit (RdInh) bit ..." became:

"A read inhibit (RDLNH) bit of zero indicates that read operations within the
range are not inhibited.
A RDLNH bit of one indicates that read operations within the range shall be
inhibited."

It has now been corrected back to:

"A read inhibit (RDINH) bit of zero indicates that read operations within the
range are not inhibited.
A RDINH bit of one indicates that read operations within the range shall be
inhibited."

Imagine what this would look like if ASCII had small caps.
