There are no changes to SCSI overhead/arbitration being considered.
If you have a change that you think is appropriate, please propose it (on the
reflector if you don't want to attend a meeting). At this point everyone feels
that any changes here will destroy any chance of intermixing new and old
devices and we want to maintain the illusion of backward compatibility.

If someone were to really prove that backward compatibility is "only an
illusion", then overhead changes may be considered.
