Note that PRLO does not have a TYPE and TYPE EXTENSION field 
in word 0, bits 31-16 of the PRLO logout parameter page.

This means that you cannot PRLO a SCSI port while leaving an
SB port unchanged if no PA is associated with either.  I
(and Greg Scherer of Emulex) believe that the TYPE and TYPE
EXTENSION are actually qualifiers on the image, so that
non-PA machines having both types are actually generating
separate image pairs at PRLI time for two different types.  As
such, they should be PRLO'able separately as well.

This would be corrected on page 46, Table 120, section 21.12 of
FC-PH-2, Rev 6.0
