This is the proposed agenda for the XOR Study Group meeting in Palm Springs,
Nov. 7, scheduled from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. All interested parties are invited.

1) 3rd party recovery procedure - It has been pointed out that the 3rd party
reservation procedure agreed to last meeting can still result in a problem with
previously queued commands starting execution before the error on the parity
drive is resolved. A solution is needed here.

2) Redundancy Group Addressing Mode Page - A description of new mode page to do
redundancy group mapping will be handed out for discussion. Need to determine
if this page places undesired restrictions on XOR operations.

3) New mode page effect on operation of XDWRITE, REBUILD, and REGENERATE
commands - need to discuss how these commands will operate with the new mode
page and other options.

4) Possible data corruption problems - Paul Hodges (IBM) still has doubts that
a data corruption problem is inherent to these commands. Reference his scsi
reflector mail on this subject.

5) Any other issues brought to the meeting.
