Thank you for your letter and fax dated April 6, 1992.  I have placed
this subject on the agenda for the April 27 meeting of X3T9.2 and expect
to send you a more-complete response following that meeting.

I have received bits and pieces of your recently approved PAR, but they
are barely legible because of too many intervening fax machines.  I
would be grateful if you would send me a copy of your PAR by email or US

Your thoughts on the "grass roots" meeting and co-located meetings sound
reasonable to me, however the late-May meeting may have to slide into
June.  X3T9.2 has working group meetings in Harrisburg, PA the week of
May 18 and the following week includes Memorial Day.  I'll ask the
likely participants from X3T9.2 for their date and location preferences
during our April 27 meeting.
