Proposal:

Rev 6a, page 7-14, 3rd para, Add new text so 1st condition reads

   (1) physical end-of-medium or end-of-partition as defined by the source
   device (i.e., BLANK CHECK sense key) or,


Justification:

Some partitioned tape devices may wish to terminate at end of partition.
