Table 166 of SAS2r14f only discusses the initial value of the timer for this in SSP and STP for a target; however, in 8.2.3.4.1 the text clearly states that if there is a value in the target for this timer then the initiator shall use that value for the time limit when it enters the connected state.  Table 166 should be updated with two additional entries for this timer value.
