Subject: SYNC during Train-SNW

The specification is not clear whether ALIGN is allowed/Required during the
TRAIN pattern. My reading indicates that insertion of deletable characters
for clock skew management is not done until after the PHY Ready, so this
would indicate that this is not done during TRAINing. I would propose a
statement in the training subclause stating that ALIGN is not inserted in the
TRAIN/TRAIN_DONE pattern.
Several of the figures (155, 160, 161, and 162 in r14e) use the same color
coding for ALIGN and TRAIN primitives and ALIGN0 and TRAIN_DONE primitives.
This has led to some confusion.
Finally, 4th paragraph below figure 157 in r14e, the cross reference to
6.7.4.2.4 does not have a hot link and in 6.7.4.2.4.
