Tandberg Storage is currently not using TapeAlert flag 21.

We would however prefer that TapeAlert flag 21 stays active

until cleared by a Log Sense or until a new cartridge is inserted

and/or loaded. In a system that polls Tape Alert it is easy to

miss this flag if it is set when the Eject Button is set and cleared

when the cartridge has been ejected.
