Hi all,
I realize that the NCQ error handling protocol is basically the PIO
data-in protocol, but it not precisely the same (i.e. there is an SDB
FIS received after sending the command). Should there be another
protocol added to the PROTOCOL field that indicates NCQ Error Handling
PIO? Or is it the SATL's responsibility to determine that page 10 is
being read when the PIO data-in PROTOCOL is specified? Or should all
SATL's simply comprehend that an SDB FIS is possible for PIO data-in
PROTOCOLs? Did I miss something?
Thanks,
Nate
