To complete my action item from SMC-3 Working Group
14Jan08-03 Noud Snelder report to Geoff when BDT libraries set NOT READY
TO READY CHANGE, MEDIUM MAY HAVE CHANGED sense code
BDT libraries send a Unit Attention, NOT READY TO READY, MEDIUM MAY HAVE
CHANGED sense code on the following events:
- When the library completes a move issued from a user
interface (e.g., RMU, OCP)
- When the library configuration changes (e.g., Enable/Disable
autoclean, Change number reserved slots, etc)
- When the library completes the Power On sequence
- When a library magazine (not IEE) is inserted
- When a drive sled is inserted into the library
- When the ready state of the library transitions from not
ready to ready (e.g, After power on, Magazine insert, Diagnostic test
complete)
