Table 387 page 451 has an error. It
shows:
23h (i.e., Identification – Device
Server)
But should be 24h since 23h is the Identification
- Application Client

RE: IKEv2-SCSI Timeout Values inconsistency
in SPC-4
Moreover, Table 385 on page 447
shows a value of 83h for IKEv2-SCSI Timeout Values, while Table 387 shows
the value as 84h.
Thanks,
Paul

Subject: IKEv2-SCSI Timeout Values inconsistency in SPC-4
In SPC-4r14
There seems to be an inconsistency between 5.13.4.8.3 and Table 387 o page
450.
Table 387 has two rows indicating timeout values that are not talked about
in 5.13.4.8.3.
first row under "SECURITY PROTOCOL IN command with SECURITY PROTOCOL
SPECIFIC field set to 0102h (i.e., Key Exchange step) Authentication step
not skipped"
and first row under "SECURITY PROTOCOL IN command with SECURITY PROTOCOL
SPECIFIC field set to 0102h (i.e., Key Exchange step) Authentication step
skipped" have
"84h (i.e., IKEv2-SCSI Timeout Values)"
Since text takes precedence over tables it appears that these timeout values
are not returned. However, this does appear to be inconsistent with
each other.
