Please add the following late letter ballot comment:
In CAP working group, the format of the permission's bit table that came 
in with the CbCS proposal (Table 20 ? Association between commands and 
CbCS permissions on physical page 68) was changed (see 08-145r1).  That 
formatting change needs to be carried into SSC-3.  The change is to change 
the 'v' to a '1' and add footnotes describing what a blank is.
