There is an action Item for Tandberg Storage concerning use of the Sense Code NOT READY TO READY CHANGE, MEDIUM MAY HAVE CHANGED

I have talked to Tandberg Data Oslo and they are using this sense code in their libraries to  indicate that a magazine is released or

Has been inserted and an inventory has been performed.
