There will be a phone conference to discuss very simply what the problem 
is that we're trying to solve with the Group Reservations, and then try 
and list the specific requirements that need to be met by the solution.

Unfortunately, there was a conflict returned with every time slot listed. 
However, for those that have been involved in the conversation and 
contributing comments to date it looks like they can all make the Monday
