I will be on sabbatical for the next two meetings, so I will not be able

I would also like to take this opportunity to state my opposition to the
change in reference TX output level in T10/07-486r1.  We have previously
set the peak-peak reference TX output at 1000 mV (800mV VMA).  The
particular motivation was to not overspecify end devices with low cost
packages.  I suggest that no application will drive a 10 meter cable
with the ~600mV VMA implied by Table 73 in 07-486r1.
