Due to the earlier difficulties with hotel reservations the hotel has 
agreed to 
extend the cut off date for November meeting reservations to October 11. 
Please make your reservations.

at the Atrium Suites hotel. Please mention you are with the Hitachi group 
as
the hotel is fully booked except for the rooms being held for us.
Our group room rate is $159.50 plus tax.
