In SAS2r11, there is an error in the cross reference in Table 369 which is pointing to the REPORT EXPANDER ROUTE TABLE descriptor.  This reference points to table 362, but should point to table 370.  There are two instances of this.  Additionally, the subclause reference should be 10.4.3.17.4 not 10.4.3.15.1.
