The PHY working group minutes have been posted as well as 07-063r4. I still have some text to add to 07-063, but I felt it better to go ahead and post rather than delay for additional updates.

The working group minutes has some action items listed, so if you were in attendance, please review. I have also made a comment regarding the transmitter RJ that needs consideration.
