The effect of 3 linearly summed aggressors with worst case phase has been added. The resulting SNR still guarantees better than 1e-15 BER. Also, I have noticed that there is one number (circled below) in 07-063r3 that does not agree with the proposal. (Ref: 07-001r2, slide 7) The value -7.9 dB in the expression for SCC22 should be -5.0 dB.
