I would like to know what is the reference for the worst case channel for SAS2 6G.(which cable? or which backplane ? , which brand ? )

What is its attenuation value at 3GHz ?

Can we get a simulation model ( extracted from the reference cable or backplane ) of this reference in order that everybody validates its silicon with the same reference .

The following was included in the availability notice of SAS-2 rev 8. Rob mentioned during the PHY teleconference on 2/1 that he had not received any response so far. I had not noticed the item, so I am sending this memo out to bring it to the attention of everyone else who may have missed it. Contact Rob if there are any issues. Hopefully we will have an idea of how much time each group will need by the Memphis T10 meeting.
