You are
right. I think (but haven't really checked in detail) that the 320/620
would work. The 640/1380 WILL work. So slide 11 should be
corrected.
Rather than
changing and outputing a new version, I will mention that error when the
proposal is discussed on Thursdays conference call.

On slide 11, you say to strobe at 320 OOBI, and
clear at 640 OOBI, but the diagram on slide 12 I think you are showing
640 and 1380.
