I have uploaded a proposal to obsolete the REC payload address
identifier fields to the T10 web site (06-211r0). Plan to present this
at the upcoming FCP-4 working group meeting, then FC-LS.

	I opt for option b - no point having a field that is not used -
only leads to mistakes.
