In Table M1, pg 19 the Page Length is incorrect.  It should be 15 -3 = 12.
In Table B2 – SP_SPECIFIC field values, on pg 24.  The SP_SPECIFIC field is a 2 byte field but values or only listed for 1 byte.  Also, in SPC-4 this is called SECURITY_PROTOCOL_SPECIFIC.
