Barry,
I am confused here.  First, in SCSI SSC refers to SCSI Stream Commands.  I 
see no mention of tape in this proposal.  From what I read it appears that 
SSC is referring to some kind of filter or like method of signal 
modification.  Would you please provide the meaning of this acronym in 
your document?	Also, if possible could you find an acronym to use that 
does not confuse us that are unable to attend SAS WG meetings?
