T10/06-048r3 has been posted to reflect Feb 23 Working Group changes.

In support of focusing strictly on details related to hardware requirements and per working group direction, 06-048 no longer suggests changes based on T10/06-019, rather is now written as changes to SAS-2.0 and T10/06-107.
