Incorporates comments from the November CAP WG.=20
This proposal addresses these issues:=20
* iSCSI port names and device names cannot be returned in VPD=20
* iSCSI logical unit names not defined=20
* SRP (SCSI RDMA protocol) target port names cannot be returned in VPD=20
* SBP-2/3 target port names cannot be returned in VPD=20
* target device names (common string format for all protocols)=20
* logical unit names in multi-protocol devices (allow any format)=20
* iSCSI string sizes not including trailing NULL in SAM-3 annex=20
* iSCSI port name sizes too large in SAM-3 annex=20
